Happy hump day! Day 8 of the 20 day lipstick challenge is all about that lipstick I do not wear in public: Happy Skin Shut Up and Kiss Me Moisturizing Lippie in Valentine Kiss.
I bought Valentine Kiss on whim. I was blinded by the newness of the brand and their products and it being a limited edition tube added to the pressure. However, I do not regret buying it. I just tell myself that a portion of the sale went to the maintenance of Our Lady of Manaoag in Pangasinan. That’s a good enough reason not to regret buying it, right? 
Anyway, Valentine Kiss is a creamy pink with a lilac undertone. When swatched, I think this shade is absolutely beautiful so why is this the lipstick I do not wear in public?
I’ve had this for a while but I only wore it in public once—for a lipstick challenge, too–and I think it made me feel too out there. I don’t know why I don’t wear this in public. It looks great in photos. I think I’m just a little afraid that it’s too light and it doesn’t go well with my skin tone?
